I've been going here since they opened & will continue due to their genuine care for their customers. I take medication that you can't just go off & I didn't call in the refill. I heard a knock on the door & it was one of their drivers bringing out my medication. This brought tears to my eyes that they knew who I was & that I needed my medication & then brought it to me like back in the times of my mother's or grandparents. This was very touching. I'm glad that they're doing well & would recommend them to anyone especially if you're tired of going to a pharmacy that doesn't know you from the next person in line.

I am very happy I found this pharmacy They are very friendly staff the owner is awesome she is very helpful tries to help all her patients They go beyond they make you feel good and welcome. always offers everyone something to drink or snacks that is awesome you do not get that anywhere else! She helps patients save as much as possible so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket very dedicated in helping people out. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

OP received excellent customer service from Mercedes on the phone. They put extra effort to prepare compound rx in a timely way and try to help save money by reducing the dispensed amount.The over-the-counter pharmacy in the store also has below average pricing on common items 👍I would highly recommend this to people looking for a compound pharmacy due to the fact that they’re hard to find in this area. It’s rare to find an excellent combination of value and customer service at the pharmacy.

I recently had the pleasure of being a customer of this establishment and I will definitely be back,not only was the store meticulously organized but the customer service was second to none,if you are getting a prescription filled ask for Alyssa you would be hard pressed to find someone more professional and eager to answer any question you may have or help you in any any way she can,She is the reason I will be switching pharmacys and making MedEx my go to from now on!

After running round trying to find my son’s meds because two of the well known pharmacies in town had ran out. Decided to give MedEx Pharmacy a chance. I’m so very impressed by the customer service, support and attention to detail they give me. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is tried of the very long lines at your local pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy! I got a compound prescription that could not be filled at two other pharmacies. I came to MedEx late in the day and they were able to fill my prescription same day. The pharmacist and staff were all very friendly and professional. Thank you for your help- Micaela W.

This pharmacy is absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever been to, they have been able to get the medications my doctor would order, not a medication that the insurance companies would prefer you to have. With home deliveries and great service, they cover all my needs that the other pharmacies cen not.
